I am in the process of competing a checklist for the registrar and they need me to provide our music choices for the following:

entrance
signing
departure

We spoke to L a while ago and he played us Bruno Mars Marry You which we really enjoyed and thought may be good for the entrance music? Could you please let us know any other options which you think may be good?

We have no idea for signing music - could we please have some ideas? 

For the departure, possibly I Love You Baby Cant Take my Eyes off of You? In a more upbeat version? We would love some more ideas please.

Hi Joanna,

Karen is on holiday this week – so you are stuck with me I’m afraid.

If you need to submit the checklist, you can leave any of the music bits blank – that whole thing has been considerably relaxed. Certainly Marry You and Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You will be fine. You won’t really be aware of the music during the Signing because you will be busy doing the legal bits and having pictures taken so I can just play some gentle background music if you wish?

Aisle walk song: Ellie Goulding - love me like you do (Spotify)
but after that we would like you to play the same song on piano for register signing 

Jodie has suggested our exit song be nobody does it better played by yourself on the piano with no lyrics. This is because I’m a huge James Bond fan and she likes the piano music in the song?

I believe we’ve booked yourself for our wedding through kingswood on 29th September. 

I’d like to know if there are any bits of information that you’d like to know other than what I’ve listed below:

Ceremony time: 2:00pm

Aisle walk song: Ellie Goulding - love me like you do (acoustic) 

We would like you to play ideally from 1:30pm as guests should be arriving and we would like a mixture of music of modern and older we are both big Michael buble fans so you can’t go wrong with those. Kingswood have advised that you can play the ceremony song through Sonos as jodie is wanting the actual song in acoustic for the aisle walk but after that we would like you to play the same song on piano for register signing then your free to play as you wish for reception until end of dinner at around 5:30/6pm as the DJ will take over from here with evening entertainment. 

We do have Paul Mitchell as master of ceremonies and I’m sure you’ll know him as he’s another  recommended person so I’m sure you can work together for the day.

My fiance (Adam Cameron) spoke to you on the telephone last week to check whether you would be available to play at our wedding reception on 17th August 2019. You asked him to email you, which he did via the web form, however as we have not heard back yet, I thought I would email you too to check you received it?

Please could you let me know whether you would be free on the above date, as after we heard you play at the Horsley Towers wedding fayre, we would love to have you at our reception!

I just wanted to Introduce myself. We are getting married at silvermere on 13th october & Liza said you had been booked to play the piano for us. She gave me your email address to liaise with you about music. Ideally I think I'd like to walk down the aisle to song bird by Eva Cassidy/ Fleetwood Mac. Is this something you play? If not do you have a playlist of things I can choose from?

31 August 2018 Public Liability Docs

I am the coordinator for the Wedding of Beverley Smith and Ben Chambers on 31 August 2018.  We ask all contractors to complete a Health & Safety Form and provide us with a copy of their public liability Insurance which we require before you carry out any work at Wiston House.  As the form is generic you may find some questions are irrelevant to the service you provide.  I have attached the form, if you could complete this and either email it back or pop it in the post I would appreciate it.

The civil ceremony is at 15:00! I believe the pianist is also playing throughout the meal which is due to commence about 17.15.
