I believe we’ve booked yourself for our wedding through kingswood on 29th September. 

I’d like to know if there are any bits of information that you’d like to know other than what I’ve listed below:

Ceremony time: 2:00pm

Aisle walk song: Ellie Goulding - love me like you do (acoustic) 

We would like you to play ideally from 1:30pm as guests should be arriving and we would like a mixture of music of modern and older we are both big Michael buble fans so you can’t go wrong with those. Kingswood have advised that you can play the ceremony song through Sonos as jodie is wanting the actual song in acoustic for the aisle walk but after that we would like you to play the same song on piano for register signing then your free to play as you wish for reception until end of dinner at around 5:30/6pm as the DJ will take over from here with evening entertainment. 

We do have Paul Mitchell as master of ceremonies and I’m sure you’ll know him as he’s another  recommended person so I’m sure you can work together for the day.
