Subject: Pianist for our wedding on 9th April

Hi Lance

It was lovely to meet you again last night at HT. Rob and I would love to book you (although we know it can’t be you sadly!) for our wedding on the 9^th April 2020 at Horsley Towers. The wedding ceremony starts at 2pm and we would like the pianist to play during the ceremony, in between the ceremony and reception and the reception itself.

We will be getting married in the Sopworth Room and the reception and evening disco will be in the Grand Hall.

Not sure what else you need from us at this stage but please just let us know.

With regards to songs we will definitely want the pianist to be able to play Metallica ‘Nothing Else Matters’ and Ellie Golding ‘How long will I love you’ aside from that classic rock tunes and then a general mix of upbeat tunes. We’ll probably be able to provide a more comprehensive song list further down the line.
